Studio Manager (Sales & Operations Lead) – Club Pilates

We are looking for a Studio Manager who is equal parts sales leader, operator, and team builder to run and grow a high-performing Club Pilates studio. This is not a behind-the-desk role. You will be the face of the studio, leading from the front, driving membership growth, and creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through the door.

🚀 What You’ll Own
- Â Drive membership growth through strong sales execution and local outreachÂ
- Â Lead and develop a team of Sales Associates to hit studio goalsÂ
- Â Manage and grow multiple revenue streams including memberships, retail, and private trainingÂ
- Â Own the full member experience from first visit to long-term retentionÂ
- Â Build relationships in the local community to generate leads and partnershipsÂ
- Â Maintain a high-energy, clean, and welcoming studio environment
- Â Track performance using reports and data to continuously improve resultsÂ
- Â Support instructors and ensure a strong, aligned team culture
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Â 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, fitness, or service leadership
- Â Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals
- Â Strong leadership skills with experience training or managing a team
- Â Confident communicator in person, on the phone, and via emailÂ
- Â Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute
- Â Comfortable working with data, reports, and studio systemsÂ
- Â Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their bestÂ
- Â Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
