Membership Sales Representative – Club Pilates

We’re looking for a Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, hitting goals, and creating an exceptional first impression.
This is a front-facing role where you’ll:
- Drive membership growth
- Book Intro Classes
- Convert prospects into long-term members

⏰ Schedule
- Monday opening 5:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
- Tuesday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
- Wednesday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
- Saturday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
- Sunday opening 6:30-12 or 4PM-9:30
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Drive membership sales through lead follow-up, booking, and closing
- Connect with prospects and guide them into Intro Classes
- Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience from first visit to sign-up
- Conduct studio tours and build genuine relationships
- Hit and exceed sales goals across memberships and retail
- Support member retention through ongoing communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-energy studio environment
- Assist with marketing efforts, events, and social media
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
- Confident communicator in person and on the phone
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
- Passion for fitness and helping others feel their best
- Sales or fitness experience is a plus, not required
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
